What this site is
Information about licensing your company's records through Summit, a way to check fit and book a call, and a portal for owners and referral partners. Nothing on this site is an offer to license your records or to pay you. A deal exists only in an agreement both sides sign.
No promises about money
We don't promise that any company will qualify, sign or sell, or any amount or timing. The fit check is a first look, not a decision.
Who can use the portal
You must be 18 or older to create an account. A parent or guardian holds the account for a referral partner under 18.
Your account
Sign in with your own Google account and give true information. Keep your account to yourself. We may close an account that misuses the site.
Referral partners
The referral program runs on the referral agreement you sign. The summary on the referral partner page is a summary; if it ever differs from your signed agreement, the agreement wins. Register a company only with the decision maker's OK.
Fair use
Don't try to see anyone else's records, overload or scrape the site, or enter information you have no right to share.
Our content
The site's words, drawings and design belong to Summit. You're welcome to link to it.
The site as it is
We work to keep the site accurate and running, but it is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, Summit is not responsible for indirect losses from using the site.
Utah law
Utah law governs these terms.
Changes
If we change these terms, we update the date at the top.
