Who we are

Summit Labs Utah, Inc. ("Summit", "we") runs this site. We help established companies license de-identified business records to AI companies. Our address is 1120 Elm Avenue, Provo, UT 84604, and our email is hello@summitlabsutah.com.

What this site collects

• When you sign in with Google: your name, your email address and your Google account ID. We never see your Google password.
• When you check if your company qualifies: your company's name and your answers (your role, where the company is based, full-time staff, years of email, systems, industry and the other questions). Your name and email come from your Google sign in, or from the booking form if you book without signing in.
• When you sign up as a referral partner: your name, your phone if you give it, what you tell us about who you know, and the companies you register, including the decision maker's name and contact details, which you share only with their OK.
• When you book a call: the time you pick and what you type into the booking form. Cal.com runs the booking and sends the invite.
• How you found us: a referral code or ad tag in the link you clicked, kept in your browser until you finish.
• Basic technical data our hosting provider keeps to run and protect the site, such as IP address and browser type.

What this site never collects

This site never collects your company's records, files or emails. There is no upload box anywhere on it. If you license records with us, they move later through a separate process set out in your signed agreement, not through this website.

We don't ask about revenue, income or your finances on this site.

How we use it

To answer you, check fit, book and hold calls, run the referral program (credit, statements and payments), keep the records the law requires, and keep the site secure. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for anything unrelated to working with you.

Calls and texts

Owners aren't asked for a phone number on this site. If we ever ask for one, it will come with a separate box you check yourself, and checking it will never be required. Referral partners can give us a phone number when they sign up, and we use it only about the referral program. Tell us to stop any time and we will.

Cookies, storage and pixels

Signing in keeps a session token in your browser so you stay signed in. A referral code or ad tag from your link is kept in your browser until you finish. Our host counts visits without cookies.

This site has no advertising pixels today. If we add one for ads, we will say so here and on every page that carries it, before it goes live.

The booking calendar comes from Cal.com and is covered by Cal.com's own privacy policy.

Who else handles it

Only the companies that run this site for us, each for its own job: Supabase (our database and sign-in), Cloudflare (hosting and security), Google (sign-in and our email) and Cal.com (booking).

Referral partners see only the companies they registered. If a referral partner introduced you, they see where your company stands (registered, confirmed, signed, paid) and their own fee math, never your answers or your agreement.

We share information if the law requires it.

Who at Summit can see it

Our two founders. If we bring on staff or contractors, they see only what their job needs, after signing confidentiality terms.

How we protect it

Sign-in goes through Google, so there are no passwords for us to lose. Our database shows a signed-in person only their own records, and only the founders can see everything. Information travels encrypted between your browser and our providers.

How long we keep it

As long as we are working with you, and after that only as long as the law or a signed agreement requires. If you ask us to delete your information and nothing requires us to keep it, we delete it.

Your choices

Ask us what we have about you, fix it, or delete it: email hello@summitlabsutah.com. We answer within 30 days.

Under 18

This site is for business owners and professionals and isn't meant for anyone under 18. If an owner names someone under 18 as a referral partner, a parent or guardian holds the account and signs for them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. For a big change, we also tell people who have an account.
